Chocolate Pecan Biscotti

Biscotti is one of those things I’d never make if it weren’t for baking groups.  In truth, I’d usually rather have a cookie than biscotti.  As a plus, I can never stop at just one cookie but biscotti are satisfying enough to just have one.  Maybe I cut them too big…

I will say that this is the best biscotti I’ve ever made.  The bittersweet chocolate chunks give it enough gooey chocolate flavor to make me happy.  I used pecans instead of almonds because that’s what I had.  Giving these out to friends and coworkers because I have several dinners to bake more treats for this week.  Any suggestions for what I should make?
